Build & Co is a carpentry led building firm run by Rob Georgeson. Send Rob your plans and he reads them himself, then sends back a fixed price with every line itemised. The same hand picked team builds it, and the final payment stays with you until you say it is done.

Most homeowners Rob meets have already paid an architect, and the quotes that came back were miles over budget. Rob reads the drawings himself, not an estimator, and prices every line. If the number is too high, you can see exactly which line to lift out, and he will tell you straight whether it still works.

- Rob prices every lineA fixed price, fully itemised quote. Foundations, steels, roof structure. Over budget? Take a line out instead of losing the whole job.
- The same team builds itRob runs it day to day. Weekly invoices you can follow, and a WhatsApp group with photos and updates.
- You say when it is doneThe final payment stays with you until you are completely happy. Not when we say it is finished. When you do.

Four phases over a few years. A full renovation, a double storey timber frame extension, the garden, pool and bar, then a double storey wraparound with a garage, a self contained annex, a master suite and a gym with a balcony. Rob designed it alongside the architect.
Before you pick a builder
Come and walk round one we have finished.
Most builders show you photos. Rob will take you to a job Build & Co has finished. Walk it, meet the trades who would be in your house, and ask the family anything you like, with Rob there or without him.
- Who you meet
- The same carpenters, sparky, plumber and plasterer who would be on your job. Not whoever is free that week.
- Who you talk to
- The homeowners. Ask them how it went, what it cost against the quote, and whether they would have Rob back.
- What it costs
- Nothing. Just ask Rob when you send your drawings.

A bungalow going up to two storeys
The roof off, a new first floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a rear extension. Our carpenters did the timber frame and first fix, and come back for the second fix.
