He knows every trade
Rob knows the carpentry inside out and enough about electrics, plumbing, roofing and tiling to spot a problem before it becomes one.
About Build & Co
Rob Georgeson has been on the tools his whole career. He runs every Build & Co job himself, with his own carpenters and the same trades on every site. You might know us as RJG.
Meet Rob
Rob has been on the tools for nearly twenty years. He started in carpentry and still runs a carpentry firm at heart: nine full time carpenters, plus the same hand picked electrician, plumber, plasterer and roofer on every job. On a busy week there can be twenty five or thirty people across our sites.
He does the project management, the design input, the materials, the trade coordination and the talking to you, start to finish. No account managers, no estimators. If you ring about your job, you get the man running it.

Formerly RJG
Build & Co used to trade as RJG, after Rob’s initials. If you’ve seen our reviews on Checkatrade, they’re still listed under the RJG name.
You may previously recognise us as RJG Construction. So you know that working with us, we are a team that do what they say.Rob GeorgesonOwner, Build & Co
How we work
Rob knows the carpentry inside out and enough about electrics, plumbing, roofing and tiling to spot a problem before it becomes one.
Our own carpenters and the same trusted trades move from job to job. You won’t be opening the door to strangers every week.
A fixed price, fully itemised quote and weekly invoices. Take a line out to hit your budget instead of losing the job.
The last payment stays with you until you’re completely happy with the work.
Visit a job we’ve finished, meet the team and talk to the family before you sign anything.
Rob works alongside architects and will tell you where a design won’t suit your budget or the way you live.
More from Rob
Rob reads every set himself and sends back a fixed price, fully itemised quote. Foundations, steels, roof structure, every line, so you can see exactly where the money goes. No drawings yet? He’ll come out and survey it for free.
